City of Ryde CEO; Wayne Rylands has refused a 400k Communities Grant from the NSW Labor State Government to build a new community centre in Eastwood.

Ryde is in desperate need of new community spaces, particularly with the appalling lack of attention given to the Ryde Civic Centre, locals are needing to go to other councils for much needed community space.
